兵庫県功労者に228人
宮本輝さんら「県勢高揚」

兵庫県は２日、2021年の県功労者表彰の受賞者２２８人（22部門）を発表した。兵庫の名を高めた「県勢高揚功労」には、芥川賞作家の宮本輝さん（74）＝伊丹市＝や関西学院大学長を務めた武田建さん（89）＝西宮市、障害者の社会参画を推進した竹中ナミさん（72）＝神戸市東灘区＝ら５人が選ばれた。

宮本さんは1978年に「螢川」で芥川賞を受賞し、「流転の海」シリーズなどの作品では兵庫の魅力を国内外に発信した。武田さんは前県阪神シニアカレッジ学長として19年間、生涯教育に尽力。竹中さんは社会福祉法人「プロップ・ステーション」の理事長を務め、情報通信技術（ＩＣＴ）を活用した福祉政策の推進にも力を注ぐ。

このほかの県勢高揚功労は、県健康財団会長の家森幸男さん（83）＝京都市＝と前駐日オーストラリア大使のリチャードーコートさん（73）＝オーストラリア。家森さんは、「健康ひょうご21県民運動推進会議」の会長として県民の健康維持や増進に寄与。コートさんは県の姉妹都市・西オーストラリア州で、1993年から2001年までの８年間、首相として双方の交流促進を担った。

文化功労は、神戸親和女子大児童教育学科准教授の臼井真さん（60）＝神戸市東灘区＝や、大阪芸術大短期大学部メディア・芸術学科教授の九鬼葉子さん（62）＝大阪市＝らが受賞。臼井さんは元小学校教諭で、阪神・淡路大震災の復興と鎮魂を願う合唱曲「しあわせ運べるように」を作詞・作曲し、神戸市歌にもなった。九鬼さんは演劇評論家として「関西小劇場ブーム」などの取材を続ける傍ら、県芸術奨励賞選考委員などを務め、文化振興に貢献した。

防災功労には、人と防災未来センター上級研究員を務めた、前名古屋大減災連携研究センター長の福和伸夫さん（64）＝愛知県＝らが受賞。国際協力功労は、兵庫と中国の親善に尽くした前控尸華僑総会長の陳明徳さん（68）＝神戸市灘区＝らが選ばれた。

環境功労は、県環功労は、県環境審議会の大気環境部会長として、県の「脱炭素」の道筋を示した大阪商業大名誉教授の西村多嘉子さん（77）＝芦屋市＝らが表彰を受ける。

今年の受賞者は41～91歳（平均67歳）で女性は54人。新型コロナウイルス緊急事態宣言の発令を受け、表彰式の日程は未定という。
